Early Learning Connections helps families in LaPorte County, Lake County, Porter County and Starke County by providing FREE child care referrals tailored to a family's individual needs. We provide parents with profiles of early care and education to assist high quality program selection. This service is provided at no charge to parents, and all information that you provide is confidential.
Paths to Quality - Indiana's Statewide Rating System for Early Care and Early Childhood Education Programs
Paths to QUALITY is Indiana’s statewide quality rating and improvement system for early care and education programs. It uses four levels of standards, each one building on the previous one. Early education providers start at Level 1 and work towards national accreditation at the highest level, Level 4, for significant quality improvements at every level.
